Recreated medieval banquets are held in the castle. The adjacent Folk Park is a meticulous recreation of life in rural Ireland. Nearby; the 13th century King John's Castle provides an imaginative historical exhibition; multi-vision show; excavated early Norman houses and battlement walks. On the coast of West Clare; are the breathtaking Cliffs of Moher. They rise in places to over 700 feet and stretch for almost 8 km.
