Boheh is composed of two loughs located at the southern part of Westport. Both of these loughs are abundant in brown trout.

Castlebar is more than just a scenic and historical town at Co. Mayo, Ireland. This town is a heaven on earth for anglers of all types. The Islandeady Lough is a known spot for angling. Islandeady Lough is situated on the northern part of the Westport-Castlebar road. The lough has a remarkable stock of brown trout. Anglers can expect for a good catch from February 15 to October 10. There are boats available for hire within the area.
The same activity loved at Westport and Castlebar is also well enjoyed at Ballina, Co. Mayo. Lough Conn is a well revered spot in terms of angling.
